My 21-Day Cleanse Experience: Day 2

I’ve gone from headache to depression to boredom. I love my veggies and fruits…and, how the hell am I going to make it another 19 days without more variety. Let’s face it, there’s only so much you can do with veggies. I like (and need) variety in my food, or what’s the point? Ok, I know the point is to fuel your body. Boring. I grill my veggies in olive oil so thankfully I’m getting in healthy fat at the same time.  Ugg, I want this to be over. Help! How can I make this work?

    Hello Julie, Just sit and imagine the emotion you will feel when you will reach your goal!! It will give you the little push to continue and feel proud of your accomplishment!!! Courage mon amie!!!🌟🌟I find you so brave !!!!

    One of the main reasons I don’t do cleanses – LOL!
    Maybe it’s time to expand your range of veggies & fruit – or are there only certain ones you can do? For instance, can you add Mangosteen – a great fruit for healing? Or combine them in new and different ways – like making zucchini noodles or (my favorite) sweet potato hash browns?

      OMG I forgot about zucchini noodles and the sweet potato hash browns sound amazing!!
